The Quickporch kit was originally developed to serve the manufactured home market. It is a great choice for the traditional home, also. As pictured, it comes with the following: all of the framing for the deck itself, the parquet squares for your deck size, 80 inch posts, pre-built rail sections, and all of the hardware you will need.

Additions and subtractions from the kit and the price can be made. The most common addition can be a handrail kit for your stair. Your stair can only be attaché din certain place (see Stair Placement). If it is anywhere except next to your house, it will need a double handrail kit.

The parquet squares are 23 inches by 23 inches, which makes all of our sizes relative, and not actual. The size of the 6 x 14 deck shown above is 5 foot, 9 inches by 13 foot, 5 inches. Please read our Relative Size Chart for exact measurements.

A Quickporch kit does not include the items needed to attach your deck to the house, or to the ground, nor does it include stains or paints. You can purchase these materials through The Deck Superstore.
